There is always a way!
Jennifer Fura and her son, Scotty, have worked together to create a story that is both inspiring and motivational. It will, without a doubt, touch the hearts of everyone who reads it. This story was created as a way to share the remarkable journey of a 7 year old boy as he learns to navigate and be successful in his daily activities despite a physical limitation. Scotty lost his right arm in an accident when he was 2 and 1/2 and now he must find his own "way" to accomplish his goals. His strong will, determination and uplifting spirit are so prevalent that Jennifer wanted to share his story with the world in the hopes that Scotty's story could possibly touch or encourage others in their pursuit of success.
Scotty's confidence and determination was the inspiration for this book. He has never let his difference get in the way of anything he has ever wanted to do. He proves it everyday by all the things he has figured out how to do. Scotty says it's not always easy but he just keeps trying.
Scotty is now in 6th grade. He wrestles, plays soccer, baseball, and football. He enjoys playing with his friends, fishing, and building with legos. Scotty wants to be a police officer when he grows up. He loves playing his little sister, Carly.
